1. PLACE POUCH IN FILL RESERVOIR OF TRAVEL CONTAINER
2. DRIP YOUR SUBSTANCE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POUCH
3. ALLOW THE LIQUID TIME TO ABSORB INTO THE POUCH
4. PLACE THE POUCH BETWEEN YOUR CHEEK AND GUMS
5. ALLOW 30-60 MINUTES FOR FULL RELEASE OF LIQUID*

* Duration of full release of liquid depends on amount of liquid added to the pouch and the amount of saliva that the pouch comes into contact with. You will know that your pouch has released all of the liquid when the flavour disappears.
